The length of the entire bar is different to the wearable length.
The wearable length refers to the part between the two black nitrile rings.

The complete bar lengths are as follows:
19mm wearable length will be a 29mm long bar
16mm wearable length will be a 26mm long bar
14mm wearable length will be a 24mm long bar
12mm wearable length will be a 22mm long bar
10mm wearable length will be a 20mm long bar
