3/8" gauge barbell manufactured in 316L Stainless Steel and polished to a beautiful mirror finish. All barbells are internally threaded and each ball is studded and given a flat surface to match the gauge of the barbell body. We have balls sizes ranging from the light and discreet to the big and bold. We can fulfil your dreams of your Jacobs/Frenum Ladder with our comprehensive range of barbells.

These go through several machining process which then end with polishing to a mirror finish and a thorough quality check. And from 6mm gauge up, our barbell bodies have stunning concave faces for uniqueness for your collection and for easier insertion into the piercing.
