The wearable length refers to the part between the two black nitrile rings.
The complete bar lengths are as follows:

22mm wearable length will be a 30.5mm long bar
19mm wearable length will be a 27.5mm long bar
16mm wearable length will be a 24.5mm long bar
14mm wearable length will be a 22.5mm long bar
12mm wearable length will be a 20.5mm long bar
10mm wearable length will be a 18.5mm long bar
